An often-forgotten aspect of being a realtor is helping your clients discover the good inside their new community. Once a month, we assemble a team of volunteers to help a local non-profit. Below are some national non-profits we also support.
Cancer is bad enough in itself, but experiencing it as a child is even more horrible. St. Jude’s is the leader in childhood cancer research and eradication.
4Ocean is helping rid the world’s oceans of plastic. Millions of tons of discarded plastic end up in our oceans every year, but we are the generation who will end this environmental disaster.
When Brad lost his twin brother, Brent, to lung cancer at age 30 in 2017, the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center played a critical role in his last months. As ambassadors of the Center, we raised and donated $150,000 in 2019.
Mercy Ships travel the world in retro-fitted cruise ships to provide medical care in the seaports of impoverished countries. All care is free of charge, and the medical team consists entirely of volunteers.
The goal is to remove 90 % of floating ocean plastic, which requires global initiative. With the help and support of individuals, corporations and governments all over the world.
Samaritan’s Purse is a first responder on the scene when tragedies and disasters strike worldwide. Their mission is to provide practical support for today and hope for tomorrow.
