Brad was very helpful with my first time buying a condo. I had a few units I was interested in that he showed me. He also found some other great units that were in my price range that I thought would be a good fit too. When I decided on a unit, I felt like Brad gave good advice about what to offer and was good at negotiating. He also helped me find a mortgage company to work with that I was very happy with. After the home inspection showed a few minor issues, Brad gave good advice about how to best handle the situation. He is quick to reply and is a good problem solver. He is also good about following up with you and he is very easy to work with!

Could not be happier with having Brad as my realtor! Brad helped me purchase a condo in Nashville and then sell it 3 years later. I had an above price offer on the condo before it was officially listed! I think the pictures and the video greatly helped the interest in my condo. I was thrilled to get an offer so quickly. I have always been able to contact Brad and get a quick response. He was able to work out a few last minute issues to my benefit. Brad is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. He is someone I plan to work with again if I am in need of a realtor in the Nashville area.

Where do I even begin? Things when I first moved to Nashville were great. And Brad was someone I trusted to help me buy my first condo downtown, as he sells a lot of them. I moved in 2019 to work for a local music company on music row, and then 8 months into the job, and 3 months into seeing homes, I was laid off. My world was rocked as I wasn't sure whether to stay in town or head back to the northeast where friends and family were present and life would have been easier. After weeks of thinking, I called Brad and asked if he could help me find a place to rent. He was glad to and noted he did plenty of rentals. We finally found a spot in the downtown area and life has been great since then. I am glad I stuck around as I found a new job, my plenty of new friends and get to avoid those brutal north east winters.
